This policy explains what data Botvector processes to provide the approval inbox experience.

1. Account data

We use Discord sign-in via Supabase Auth. We typically receive your Discord user identifier and basic profile information necessary to authenticate you.

2. Approval requests

When a bot sends an approval request, we store the request metadata you send (e.g. bot name, action title, context, timestamps, and decision status) so you can review it in Pending and History.

3. Server keys

Botvector stores only a hash of your inbox key (not the plaintext). Treat your inbox key like a password.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Botvector stores Stripe customer/subscription IDs needed to reflect your plan status.

5. Data retention

Free plan history is limited; Pro plan retains longer history. You can archive servers to stop new requests while keeping history visible.
